This is a great project for a beginner quilter, first time Chillies users or for anyone who just wants to make a fun quilt.   

The kit comes with the 105 - 2.5" Chillies (three each of 35 different images) and the instructions to make this  quilt.  Just add 3/4 yd for background fabric, 1/2 yd for binding and scraps  to make the "buildings" (save time and use 2.5" strip scraps) and you are on your way to a fabulous quilt.

I added a rhinestone to the center of each Chillie to make it look like the lights are on !!
