What forms of payment do you accept on your site?
Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. If you want to set up a payment plan, that can be arranged thru Paypal.

Can I order a different combination of squares than what is listed on the site?
Yes, there might be a delay in shipping but we will gladly allow you to make any combination of squares. Just send us a message and we will get right on that for you. But you still must order a minimum of 12 squares of each size required.

Custom Thermal Tumblers
Can I put my tumbler in the dishwasher or microwave?
No, these are thermal tumblers. They are designed to keep beverages hot and cold for extended periods of time, both the dishwasher & microwave will disrupt your temperature control. Also, the epoxy should not be exposed to extreme temperature and both of these things produce extreme temperatures.
Return & Refund Policy
At this time, we are not accepting returns. However, if there is a problem with anything that you have received, please contact us and let's work together to resolve the issue.
Shipping Policy
Just a quick note about shipping, the US Postal Service is challenging on a good day. The constant rate changes are on-going. We will always do our best to ship at the best rate possible ... sometimes we think the rate is one thing and then we find a less expensive method, that's why we will always refund any overpayments of shipping, in excess of $1.00. Thanks for your understanding !!

Most in-stock items will be shipped in 1-2 business days. Regardless of what is shipped, over payments more than $1.00, will be refunded during the shipping process. If you are concerned about the shipping costs, you can contact us first and we will create an invoice for you, with the exact shipping.
Shipping Policy for Thermal Tumblers

All tumblers are packed so that they have extra protection during shipping. In most cases, they are shipped in a USPS Priority Box. Shipping for one tumbler is $10.00 and each additional tumbler is $5.00. Remember, we refund over payments of shipping in excess of $1.00. If you receive a damaged tumbler, please retain the shipping materials until the issue is resolved.

Shipping Policy for Freight Intensive Items
Vinyl, cork and Bosal foam stabilizer ... these items tend to be freight intensive, due to their length. For 12" rolls, shipping starts at $8.50 (we can ship up to 5 rolls for $8.50). For 18" rolls, shipping starts at $15.00 (we can ship up to 7 rolls for $22.00). Excessive overpayments will be refunded.​

To off-set the cost of shipping vinyl, I have negotiated a price reduction with my vendor. We will offer this reduction on the cost of each item. Save a little money and purchase some cork at the same time.
