Your order is very important to us!
We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it (Monday-Friday).
Any in stock items ordered with Pre-Order items will be held and shipped together with the Pre-Order items when they arrive.
Due to increasing bank processing fees, we will not refund additional shipping charges when combining orders. We will email you an online credit after your orders have been processed, that you can apply towards your next purchase.

Every effort is made to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
Any returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number. It will be refused and returned to you. Please send an email to CuteMonkeyFabrics@gmail.com with the item description and reason for the return and you will receive a reply within 24 hours.
Refunds will not be given for shipping and handling.
All returns must be in original unused condition (no odors) and packaging.

No returns on cut fabric, any copyrighted materials such as patterns, books or Chillies (including Chillies kits & starter packs).

All sale items are considered final sales and are not returnable. (Consider it a great addition to your stash)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
