I am often asked "what's so shiny?"  it is hot-fix rhinestones that I add to almost every project.  There is an adhesive on the back of the stones that liquifies when heat is applied.  The heat can be applied using a setting tool.  The stones are all the same size (16ss) and color (crystal).
