The Chillies sample is made using the Starter Kit  and "The Learning Curve" ruler (both sold separately).  The instructions for how to cut Chillies is included in the Starter Kit.  If you don't purchase the Starter Kit, send an email and we will send it to you.  The sample is the wall quilt.
